ExxonMobil REMIT disclosures on static data

This webpage provides further details of those European facilities that are operated by ExxonMobil affiliates and in respect of which inside information may arise as a result of their power generation or consumption activities. (It is our belief that the level of gas consumption at such facilities is such that information around changes in such levels is not capable of amounting to inside information.)

Information regarding the net change in power exports/imports presented by those facilities to the relevant wholesale energy market as a result of planned and unplanned outages of generating and other plant at those facilities is considered capable of amounting to inside information where (assuming the information is also precise) it results or will result in a change equal to or greater than 100 MW/market time unit (30 minutes for England; one hour for Belgium and France).

Fawley, England

Operated by Esso Petroleum Company, Limited

Embedded operational power generation capacity of approximately 200MW and overall on-site demand of approximately 120MW; baseline operational profile presented to the relevant wholesale power market is, consequently, a power export of approximately 80MW.

Details of the generating units at the facility and the primary fuel used for firing are as follows:

Unit name: COGEN

  • Nameplate capacity: 145MW
  • Primary Fuel: Natural gas

Unit name: Unit 3

  • Nameplate capacity: 40MW
  • Primary Fuel: Refinery Fuel Gas

Unit name: Steam Turbo Generator

  • Primary Fuel: Steam

Antwerp, Belgium

Operated by ExxonMobil Petroleum & Chemical, bvba

Embedded operational power generation capacity of approximately 125MW and overall on-site demand of approximately 50MW; baseline operational profile presented to the relevant wholesale power market is, consequently, a power export of approximately 75MW.

Details of the generating units at the facility and the primary fuel used for firing are as follows:

Unit name: CG

  • Nameplate capacity: 140MW
  • Primary Fuel: Natural gas

PJG, France

Operated primarily by ExxonMobil Chemical France

Embedded operational power generation capacity of approximately 70MW and overall on-site demand of approximately 165MW; baseline operational profile presented to the relevant wholesale power market is, consequently, a power import of approximately 95MW.
